Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Here at Devoused, we believe everyone should have the ability to order our product.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Shanghai, China.
Can I change or Cancel my order?
We aim to ship as fast as possible, with that being said, orders can be changed and/or canceled within 12 hours of ordering the product. All items after the 12 hour mark, will be ineligible for cancelation. Although, once product has been received, you can return the item and get a refund.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to extremely high demand, your order may take up to 1-4 weeks to ship.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order 30 days after the order has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you payed via credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card issuing bank with questions in regards to when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you still haven't received a credit for your return, here's what you do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
